I hired an attorney in order to apply for an extension of my B2 status. At the time I provided him with all the supporting documents he requested. Some months later, my husband came to the US and happened to need the advice of an immigration attorney, consequently I suggested him to visit the attorney who had filed my application. After meeting with him, my husband was hesitant of hiring his services, so he continued his search of an attorney to whom entrust with his case. Following extensive research, my husband decided to retain the services of Elizabeth Blandon. Since the very beginning of their relationship I could appreciate a difference in the customer service at both law firms. Elizabeth Blandon showed herself knowledgeable and passionate of my husband’s case, something I didn’t feel from my own attorney. So when I received, nine months later a Request For Evidence (RFE) issued by USCIS, meaning my attorney had not submitted all the necessary evidence in support of my application, my husband did not have to convince me to hire the services of Elizabeth Blandon to address this issue even though my attorney pledged to respond the RFE for free. Few days ago, I received a Notice of Approval. I recommend Elizabeth Blandon hands down!
