Executives and managers can come to the U.S. on a temporary stay with an L-1A visa if they are coming to this country to perform high-level work at an affiliated company.  An executive creates policy and supervises managers.  By way of contrast, a manager is a professional who supervises a function, department, or organization.

We help employers of all sizes obtain these needed visas to begin, or continue, operations in North America.  These companies, in turn, are located throughout the United States.

Legal permanent residency is also granted to multinational managers and executives.  The Citizenship and Immigration Service issues a “green card” after the company in the United States has been conducting business for at least one full year.  Unlike other employment-based categories, these foreign workers do not have to demonstrate any particular level of fame or success before they are allowed to get a green card.
